I am looking to add two more EQ accounts on my Magelo account. I see ID 130383 I paid for 5 Extra game slots (305) completed 5/26/18. Then I have my Premium account ID 131803 completed 1/9/19. I have six toons I want auto synced. I cannot add the two I want to complete to six atm. Do I need to add more money>?

Let me look into this, I see there is one pending order from May 10 which has yet to be processed for some reason.

Sorry for the late feedback on this matter, we had an issue with our paypal account access and I could not look at their transaction record for this order created on May 10, 2019.
A quick summary of your last payments with us:
April 2, 2018 -> Premium subscription (360 days)
May 27, 2018 -> 5 Extra game slots (305 days) (Basically until the end of your premium)
January 10, 2019 -> Premium subscription (450 days, xmas offer)
May 10, 2019 -> An order was created in our system but abandoned.
June 10, 2019 -> 5 Extra game slots (360 days)
So all in all, your premium membership status is reflecting properly your payments and there is no issue.
