I start Magelo Sync. It pops up the usual window briefly "Magelo Sync" then it minimizes to a tab called Magelo Sync 5.0.3 with my character's name in brackets. If I hover over the tab, it is a white box. If I try clicking the tab, it vanishes/crashes. Double checked: I have not lost premium.
Any ideas?

EQ itself had an update and it usually takes several days after updates before Magelo will be able to sync again.

Not sure if it's still awaiting a new patch, but I just tried to sync again just now and I am having the exact same issue I posted about previously.

No dice. I uninstalled, downloaded a fresh copy. Went to install and it throws errors about unable to unpack it. I aborted the install and tried again. Same error. Skipped it the 3rd time and it said it successfully installed. I chose all the default installation directory and shortcuts etc. I ran it and it doesn't work.
This time I only briefly get the Magelo blue window then it minimizes to the taskbar as nothing. If you click on it in the taskbar, it vanishes completely.

Can you check the Magelo Sync log, you will find it in the install dir.
