Hello,
Upon signing up for this service I opted to participate in the trial premium account. Prior to the trial expiring my profile was able to be displayed. Since the trial has expired I get the "Whoops ! An error occurred while you were browsing this page. If it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu. If the problem keeps happening, go to the forums to get some help" error. I've tried to set the customized settings back to default in hopes of getting my profile working again, but am unable to do so without having to pay for the subscription which I can not at this time. Any help correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated. Again, I'm assuming the problem lies with the customization settings.
