I get an error when I click customize button. So I can't add music to magelo

Wycked74, can you tell us the contents of the error message that appears when you use the 'Customize' button?

Whoops ! An error occured while you were browsing this page, if it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps occuring, go to the forums to get some help.
This is what I'm getting when I hit the customize button under manage character. I receive it on my main but not on my alt.

If you have alternate gear profiles for the character you're having trouble with delete them and try again.

Yeah it's something that will be checked on, in the mean time that is the work around to use the Customize button.

I am seeing the same error as Wycked74, but I've not had alternate gear profiles since the magelo changeover from the old version.
Any ideas?

It is a new bug that has cropped up since they fixed the issue with alternate profiles. They are trying to track down what is causing it. When they find it they will let everyone know.

We finally resolved this issue internally and it will be fixed with the upcoming patch today.
